This is the video tutorial that will show you how to upload an audio file to your website. The software used to manage your website will play both .wav and .mp3 files. All files need to be under 6 Mb in size in order to achieve a successful upload.

Audio files uploaded to your website will be displayed as a text hyperlink. The visitors to your website can click on the link to have that file play directly from your website or they can right click and save the file to their desktop.
